How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device (or the App Store account settings on Mac) to view, change, or cancel TermLite Premium. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What does TermLite Premium cost?

Premium is available as Monthly (US$4.99) or Yearly (US$39.99, about US$3.33/month). Prices are shown in your local currency in the app. See the Terms of Use for full subscription details.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account to request a refund.

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your device. Hosts, credentials, private keys, snippets, and settings are stored locally (in the system Keychain where supported). TermLite has no backend and does not collect your data — see the Privacy Policy.

I can't connect to my server. What should I check?

Confirm the hostname, port, and username are correct, that the server is reachable from your network, and that your authentication method (password or private key) matches what the server expects. On the Mac App Store build, make sure network access is allowed. If it still fails, email us with the error message shown in the app.

How do I back up or move my hosts to another device?

Use the in-app encrypted backup/export feature to create a backup file, then import it on another device. Premium also offers optional iCloud Sync to keep hosts, snippets, and settings in your personal iCloud.

Which devices does TermLite support?

TermLite runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac from a single app. The Mac version is available on the Mac App Store and as a direct download.
